The CenDel Foundation has released its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of meaningful impact, strategic growth, and deepened community partnerships across Central Delaware. In 2025, the Foundation distributed more than $213,000 in grants supporting education and workforce development, human services, and community and environmental initiatives. These investments helped expand access to higher education, strengthen job training pathways, address urgent needs like housing and food insecurity, and enhance the region’s cultural and environmental vitality. The report also underscores the generosity of donors and partners, whose contributions fueled both operational support and continued investment in the CenDel Community Service Building—an essential hub for nonprofit collaboration and service delivery.
Beyond its grantmaking, the Foundation continued to serve as a vital resource for local nonprofits through initiatives like the Nonprofit Forum and the Community Impact Initiative, providing tools, funding, and support to organizations tackling pressing community challenges. The 2025 report reflects CenDel’s ongoing commitment to empowering giving, fostering collaboration, and building a stronger, more connected Central Delaware. With new funds launched and continued momentum in donor engagement, the Foundation looks ahead with optimism, driven by its mission to increase philanthropic action and positively transform lives throughout the region.
